2020年7月14日に1名、7月15日に1名、計2名の本学学生が学外で新型コロナウイルスに感染したことが判明いたしました。

当該学生は2名とも学外の別々の場所で感染したと考えられ、他者への感染の可能性のある期間にはキャンパスに入構しておらず、学内に濃厚接触と認定される接触者はおりません。

また現段階では保健所からの指導も受けておりませんが、学生および教職員の安心を考慮し、大学の自主的な判断で以下の期間、対面授業を停止し、全面遠隔授業とすることにいたしました。

今後関連機関と連携して調査を進め、最新の情報をお知らせいたします。

なお、感染者およびご家族の人権尊重・個人情報保護にご理解とご配慮をお願いいたします。

■浦安キャンパスにおける新型コロナウイルス感染の発生に基づく対応措置

1．授業について

現在、遠隔授業と対面授業を併用しておりますが、対面授業を休講としすべて遠隔授業とします。

対象：全学部学科、大学院、別科

遠隔授業期間（全授業）：2020年7月16日（木）～7月22日（水）　1週間

2．クラブ活動について

原則、活動休止とします。（ただし、大学より許可を得た一部の活動は実施。）

3．図書館およびオープンカレッジについて

通常どおり開館します。

4．イベント（オープンキャンパス）について

7月19日（日）ホスピタリティ・ツーリズム学部　ワンデーセミナーを中止とします。

5．その他の対応について

・7月16日（木）、17日（金）SPI対策模擬試験+解き方講座　延期

・7月21日（火）グループディスカッション講座　延期

A total of two students have been infected with COVID-19. One infection was confirmed on July 14th, 2020, and an additional infection was confirmed the following day (July 15th).

The two students are thought to have been infected in two separate places outside of the school, and neither came to the campus during a time period in which they could have infected others. Accordingly, no one within the university is at risk for infection due to close contact with these students.

Although we have not received any instructions from the health care center at present, in consideration for the peace of mind of both students and faculty, the university has independently decided to cancel in-person meetings during the time period below and hold all classes remotely.

We will continue to conduct investigations in coordination with related organizations and provide the latest information to all of you as the situation progresses.

In addition, the personal information of the infected individuals and their families will be kept confidential to respect their rights to privacy. Thank you for your understanding.

■Handling measures at the Urayasu Campus in response to the COVID-19 outbreak

1. Classes

Currently, remote classes and in-person classes are both being held, but in-person classes will be put on hold and all classes will be held remotely.

Applicable scope: All undergraduate departments, graduate schools, and special courses

Remote class period (all courses): July 16th (Thursday) - July 22nd (Wednesday), 2020 (one week)

2. Club Activities

Club activities will be conducted according to the usual schedule.

3. Library and Open College Facilities

These facilities will be operated on their usual schedules.

4. Events

The Hospitality and Tourism Department One-Day Seminar event scheduled for July 19th (Sunday) will be canceled.

5. Other Measures

・The SPI Countermeasure Lecture scheduled for July 16th (Thursday) will be postponed.

・The Group Discussion Lecture scheduled for July 21st (Tuesday) will be postponed.
