新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響等により、学費負担者の家計急変や学生本人のアルバイト収入の減少等に対する緊急的経済支援策として、坂戸キャンパスに在籍するすべての学生に対し、次のとおり学生緊急支援措置を講じることといたしましたので、お知らせいたします。

【5／18　変更・追記】

学修環境整備奨学金の給付方法を「学生本人名義への口座振込」とご案内させていただきましたが、これを「指定の口座（学費支弁者又は学生本人名義の口座）への振込」に変更させていただきます。

既に給付申請書を提出された方で振込先を変更される場合は、お手数をおかけして申し訳ございませんが、5月22日（金）までに変更手続きのご対応をお願い申し上げます。

なお、変更手続きの詳細については、学生メール宛にお送りいたします。

新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大の影響に伴う、遠隔授業のための環境整備その他修学継続に必要な費用の一部を学生に支援するため、学修環境整備奨学金の給付を行います。申請方法については次のとおりとなります。

1　給付対象者

学部、大学院及び別科の学生（休学者、専攻生、研究生、科目等履修生及び特別聴講学生を除く。）

2　給付額

50,000円

3　給付申請方法

学生各自で「浦安キャンパスWebポータルシステム」にログインし、アンケートの「学修環境整備奨学金申請書」から給付申請してください。

別科の学生については、郵送にて別途お知らせします。

※給付申請後の訂正はできません。「浦安キャンパスWebポータルシステム」掲示配信の案内と併せて入力内容をよく確認し、間違いがないように申請してください。

To continue their studies amid the COVID-19 pandemic, students are setting up remote-learning environments. To help defray the related expenses, the University is distributing a Learning Environment Setup Bursary. The procedure to apply for this bursary is as follows.

1　Eligible persons

Undergraduate, graduate and special-course students (not including students on leave, post-graduate students, research students, non-degree students and special course auditors)

2　Amount paid per student

50,000 yen

3　How to apply for the bursary

Log into the Urayasu Campus Web Portal System and submit your application using the Application Form of the Bursary for Enhancement of the Study Environment in the questionnaire.

Special-course students will be notified separately by mail.

Note: Applications cannot be revised after they are submitted. Before you send your application, be sure to check it carefully based on the guide posted on the Urayasu Campus Web Portal System, so that you submit your application with no mistakes.
