新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大に伴う学生緊急支援措置について（4月30日更新）
新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響等により、学費負担者の家計急変や学生本人のアルバイト収入の減少等に対する緊急的経済支援策として、この度、学部、大学院及び別科に在籍するすべての学生に対し、次のとおり学生緊急支援措置を講じます。
１ 学修環境整備奨学金の給付
(1) 目的
遠隔授業の受講に必要な機器及び通信環境等の整備その他学修継続に必要な費用の一部を支援します。
(2) 対象者
学部、大学院及び別科の学生（休学者、専攻生、研究生、科目等履修生及び特別聴講学生を除く。）
(3) 奨学金の額
50,000円
２ 休学時における在籍料の免除
(1) 目的
経済的な困窮によりやむなく休学をしなければならない学生の在籍料を免除します。
(2) 対象者
学部及び大学院の学生（別科の学生、専攻生、研究生、科目等履修生及び特別聴講学生を除く。）
(3) 内容
学則第４７条第２項に規定する在籍料（1学期当たり5万円）の納付を免除します。

Emergency Support Measures for Students in View of the Spread of the Coronavirus infection (updated April 30, 2020)
The impact of the novel coronavirus pandemic is causing sudden reversals in the household finances of those who bear the burden of school expenses, as well as declines in students’ income from part-time jobs. As an emergency economic support measure, the University has arranged emergency financial support for all students currently enrolled in undergraduate, graduate or special studies, as follows.
1. Payment of bursaries for enhancement of the study environment
(1) Purpose
To defray the cost of preparing the communication environment needed to attend remote classes, as well as other expenses required for the continuation of studies
(2) Eligible persons
All students currently enrolled in undergraduate, graduate or special studies (except students on temporary leave, postgraduate students, research students, credited auditors and special auditors)
(3) Amount of bursary
50,000 yen
2. Partial waiver of enrollment fees for students on temporary leave
(1) Purpose
To waive a portion of the enrollment fees of students who are compelled to take temporary leave from their studies due to economic hardship
(2) Eligible persons
Undergraduate and graduate students (except students in special studies, postgraduate students, research students, credited auditors and special auditors)
(3) Details
The above persons are exempted from payment of enrollment fees (to a maximum of 50,000 yen per term) as stipulated in Article 47, Paragraph 2 of the University Regulations.
