2020年度学位記授与式は、新型コロナウイルス感染症の感染拡大を防止するため、浦安キャンパスと坂戸キャンパスで分散して下記のとおり開催いたします。

なお、同感染症の流行状況等に応じて、実施方法の変更又は式典中止等の対応を行う場合があります。変更等を行う場合は、本学ウェブサイト等にてお知らせいたします。

日時　2021年3月15日（月）　午前10時30分開式　（9時30分開場、10時20分入場締切）

会場　浦安キャンパス体育館

新型コロナウイルス感染症の感染拡大を防止するため、式典は学生及び教職員のみで行います。ご父母等はご入場いただけませんので、ご理解、ご協力のほどよろしくお願いいたします。

• 10時20分までに入場してください。
• 式典終了後、学位記及び教育職員免許状（該当する学生のみ）を交付します。また、併せて成績証明書及び卒業証明書（各1通）を交付します。交付の際に学生証の提出を求めますので、学生証を必ず持参してください。※欠席者に対しては、3月31日（水）まで学事課（教務担当）窓口にて交付を行います。受け取りの際は学生証を必ず持参してください。
• 新型コロナウイルス感染症の感染拡大を防止するため、以下に該当する方の入場はお断りします。

　・新型コロナウイルス感染症の感染者

　・新型コロナウイルス感染症の濃厚接触者として保健所から連絡を受けた方

　・新型コロナウイルス感染症の疑いのある症状（発熱、咳、倦怠感、味覚・嗅覚障害等）のある方

• 式典参加に当たっては、マスクの着用及びこまめな手洗い・手指消毒をお願いします。また、換気のため会場内の扉や窓を開ける場合がありますので、来場時は十分な防寒対策をお願いします。
• 各自のスマートフォンに、新型コロナウイルス接触確認アプリ（COCOA）をインストールしてください（アプリの作動を妨げないよう、式典中は電源を切らずマナーモードにしてください）。
• 会場内での会話は必要最小限としてください。
• 式典終了後は、会食等は行わず、不要不急の外出を避け速やかに帰宅してください。
• 式典終了後14日以内に新型コロナウイルスの感染が判明した場合及び濃厚接触者と認定された場合、大学へ速やかに連絡してください。

• 新型コロナウイルス感染症の感染拡大を防止するため、式典は学生及び教職員のみで行います。会場へはご入場いただけませんので、ご理解、ご協力のほどよろしくお願いいたします。
• 式典の模様をインターネットにてライブ配信いたします。

In order to prevent increasing spread of COVID-19 infections, the 2020 graduation ceremony will be held in two separate locations, the Urayasu Campus and the Sakado Campus.

In addition, the implemented method for this ceremony may be changed, or the event may be canceled entirely, depending on how the actual conditions of the aforementioned pandemic progress. If changes are implemented, the information will be provided on this website.

Date and time: March 15, 2021 (Monday) starting from 10:30 AM　(Doors will be opened at 9:30 AM and all graduates must arrive by 10:20 AM)

Venue: Urayasu Campus Gymnasium

The graduation ceremony will be held with only students and faculty members in attendance to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Please be aware that graduating students’ parents will not be permitted to enter the venue. Thank you for your understanding.

• Please be at the venue by 10:20 AM.
• After the ceremony ends, the graduating students will be presented with their diplomas and teaching certifications (only applicable graduates). Transcripts and graduation certificates (one each) will also be presented. Graduates will be asked to present their student ID to receive these documents, so make sure to bring it with you to the event.

　 Note: Graduates who are unable to attend, please visit the Educational Affairs Section (teaching affairs staff) contact window to receive your documents no later than March 31 (Wednesday). Be sure to bring your student ID with you when you do this.

• In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infections, graduating students for whom any of the following apply are prohibited from attending the ceremony.

　・COVID-19 infected individuals

　・Individuals who have been in close contact with COVID-19 infected individuals or been contacted by a health center due to infection risk

　・Individuals with symptoms suggesting they could be infected with COVID-19 (fever, coughing, lethargy, inhibited sense of taste or smell)

• When taking part in the ceremony, please wear a mask and wash or disinfect your hands frequently. In addition, the doors and windows of the venue may be opened at times for ventilation, so be sure to dress warmly to prepare for these conditions.
• Install the COVID-19 Contact Confirmation App (COCOA) on your smartphone (to ensure the app can operate properly, keep your smartphone on in silent mode during the ceremony).
• Keep conversation within the venue to a minimum.
• After the ceremony has ended, refrain from going out to eat or for drinks or the like, and return home directly without any unnecessary stops along the way.
• If you test positives for COVID-19 infection or are identified as having been in close contact with an infected person within 14 days after the ceremony, promptly inform the university.

• The graduation ceremony will be held with only students and faculty members in attendance to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Please be aware that you will not be permitted to enter the venue. Thank you for your understanding.
