PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS (International Applicant)
Must meet one of the following criteria and possess sufficient English language proficiency in order to take college level courses in English (no prior knowledge of Japanese is required). By the time of enrollment at Meikai GMM:
１． Those who have completed, or are expected to complete, 12 years or more of formal education in foreign countries.
２． Those who hold, or are expected to hold, International Baccalaureate Full Diploma / French Baccalaureate / Abitur /GCE A Level, and are at least 18 years of age.
３． Those who have passed an examination demonstrating academic ability equivalent to 12 years of formal education, such as the GED (General Educational Development) test or another high school equivalency exam (Upper Secondary School Equivalency Examination), and are at least 18 years of age.

Financial Support from other organizations
Aside from financial scholarships provided by the university, there are public organizations and private foundations in Japan which offer financial aid for students. Student Housing
Meikai University has NO on-campus dormitories but we refer students to off-campus housing such as Apartments, Student Dormitories, Student Apartment Houses (other than homestays) and a shared house.
